Processing time

We begin preparing your order once payment has been confirmed. In-stock items may be dispatched as early as the next business day. Made-to-order products and items awaiting restock require additional preparation time.

Delivery time

Orders generally arrive within 1–30 days. Actual delivery time depends on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs processing. Tracking information will be provided after your parcel leaves our facility.

Packaging

Every glass and porcelain item is packed in custom EPE protective foam to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Please keep all original packaging until you have fully inspected your order.

Duties and taxes

Any applicable import duties or taxes may be shown at checkout or collected by the carrier upon delivery, depending on the rules in your destination country.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Once a parcel has been transferred to the carrier, we are unable to redirect it.
